26 cm ribbed grill pan with a cast aluminum body and Titanium 6X reinforced non-stick for scratch resistance and long-lasting release. 100% PFOA-, lead- and cadmium-free. Thermo-Signal shows optimal searing temperature and the Thermo-Fusion induction base delivers even heat on all hobs. Oven-safe to 175°C (handle fixed), dishwasher-safe, with fixed stainless-steel handle, integrated pouring spouts and high ridges for fat drainage and clear grill marks.
