Condition

  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged.

Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for the return/exchange
    • Photos of the product(s) (if applicable)
  2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Return Process

Exchanges

Approved exchange requests will be processed, and a replacement will be shipped within 1–6 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return shipping cost is 4$ flat.
