- Products that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged.

- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Return Process
Exchanges
Approved exchange requests will be processed, and a replacement will be shipped within 1–6 working days.
Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Return shipping cost is 4$ flat.
