  • Coverage: We ship across Lebanon.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–5 business days after processing; external factors may cause delays.
  • Shipping Cost: A flat fee of $4 applies to all orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging, or damaged/defective items may be returned or exchanged.
  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • How to Request: Contact us via WhatsApp at +961 70 763 831 with your full name, order number, product details, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  • Process: Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return/exchange steps. Replacements ship within 1–6 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping; otherwise, you are responsible for shipping fees.

7. Product Warranty
