Extra-thick cast aluminum body made from 100% recycled aluminium provides even heat distribution and a warp-resistant base. Includes a heat-tempered glass lid with stainless-steel rim and adjustable steam vent for moisture control. Ergonomic rivet-free stay-cool handle, oven-safe to 260°C (500°F); compatible with gas, electric, radiant ring, ceramic and halogen cooktops.
