Space 28cm folding-handle shallow casserole pairs a heavy-gauge aluminium body with a durable Sol‑Gel ceramic non-stick coating free from PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium. The SwingLock™ stainless-steel handle folds for compact storage and the tempered-glass lid with steam vent and folding helper handle enables safe stacking; capacity approx. 5.1 qt / 4.9 L, oven safe to 232°C (pan) and 200°C (lid), and suitable for all hobs including induction.
