Joseph Joseph Bloom Folding Steamer Basket offers a collapsible, self-adjusting design that fits pans with a minimum 18 cm (7 in) diameter and expands to a large cooking capacity. Heat-resistant silicone feet and side fins protect cookware and are safe for non-stick surfaces, while the easy-lift fork hook allows safe removal from hot pans. Folds flat for compact storage and is dishwasher safe; for use only in pans with vertical sides (not suitable for woks or frying pans). When used with a lid, pan depth must be at least 10.5 cm (4 in); recommended initial water level approx. 2.5 cm (1 in).
