Dorsch Premium Granite Deep Frypan 28 cm combines a die-cast aluminum body for fast, even heating with a ProGlider multilayer ceramic ("granite") nonstick coating that is PTFE & PFOA free. At 28 cm diameter and 7.5 cm deep (≈3.5 L), it suits family meals; the tempered glass lid with silicone rim locks in moisture while allowing monitoring. Compatible with gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction stoves; stove-safe to 230°C. Hand-wash recommended; spare parts available.
