Dorsch Premium Double Grill Pan features a ProGlider multi-layer marble/ceramic non-stick coating that is PTFE & PFOA-free, on a die-cast aluminum body for even heat distribution. Available in 30 cm (DH-05477) and 36 cm (DH-05478) sizes, both induction-compatible and heat resistant to 230°C. Hand wash only; lid not included; spare bakelite handle available.
